We collect your full name, email address, mobile number and date of birth at registration. Once you link a payment method, we also store the UPI handle, Paytm wallet ID or PhonePe number you provide so that deposits and withdrawals can be processed.

Transaction references are stored so we can reconcile your account balance and resolve any disputed payment. We do not store your full UPI PIN or Paytm MPIN — those credentials never leave the payment processor's own secure environment.

We share the minimum required data with payment processors — UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe — to clear your transactions. No personal data is sold to advertisers, shared with marketing agencies or passed to any party outside of these operational requirements.
